A Letter of Apology （道歉信）是因?yàn)樽约旱倪^失或疏忽，給別人帶來了麻煩或損失，發(fā)覺后為了給對方賠禮道歉而寫的信函。道歉信應(yīng)該反應(yīng)出自己具體的過失或疏忽，道歉的語言應(yīng)該簡練誠懇，并且希望收信人能夠原諒自己的過失或疏忽。

You have made an appointment with Prof. Wang, but failed to keep it. Write a letter to your

teacher to

Dear Prof. Wang,

First of all, please allow me to express my deep sorry for not being able to keep our

appointment. I do know that this is very impolite and must have caused you much trouble.
